General Refund Information

Members are encouraged to review all refund policies carefully prior to completing registration.

Refund requests are to be submitted to admin@sportifyfc.com

Refunds will be subject to non-refundable costs where applicable, including by not limited to:

• Governing body and league affiliation fees
• Equipment and uniform costs
  • Uniforms cannot be returned once they have been provided to a player
• Team picture costs
• Prorated participation fees

Events or circumstances beyond the club’s control (weather, health orders, etc.) will not be considered cause for refund. The Club will look for reasonable opportunities to provide make-up sessions for cancelled sessions, however, there is no guarantee that fields will be available.

SPORTIFY is not responsible for additional money paid directly to team officials for team extras (tournaments, team gear, etc.) or funds raised via sponsorship/fundraising.

There will be no refund/transfer of registration fee if a player is suspended or expelled for any reason.

A full refund will be granted (less a $60 administrative fee) in the event SPORTIFY is unable to field a team or provide a suitable program alternative.

Grant and Sponsorship-Related Registrations 

• For players applying for financial assistance through grants or private sponsorships:
• Parents/guardians must provide all required supporting documents.
• SPORTIFY will only apply for the grant upon receiving complete documentation.
• Grant approvals typically take 4 to 6 weeks.
• If a player wishes to leave the club before the grant is approved, SPORTIFY will cancel the request and notify the granting agency or sponsor.
• However, once a grant or sponsorship is approved, no refunds will be issued—even if the player subsequently leaves the club.
• This is due to the administrative and staff effort invested in securing the funds.
• Any approved funds will be credited to the player’s account. These funds may be used:
  • If the player returns in the future
  • By siblings registered with the club

Funds received from grants or sponsors cannot be returned to the parents under any circumstances after approval.
